International Roaming allows you to use your mobile phone abroad and ensure you're always available on the same number. Remember to request roaming activation at least a week before your departure, as overseas networks can take some time to accommodate you.
Please note: Free minutes, SMS and Data bundles do not apply when roaming.
Usage Limit
From R2.50 per month
Usage limit services allow you as a client to assign an airtime limit to your cell phone account. We will SMS you once you reach 80% of your specified limit, and at 100% we can either send you another SMS and/or softlock your phone for you.
Please note: Although the service is offered, it is not guaranteed. Therefore there is a possibility that the line is not softlocked on time or at all, and could bill above the specified limit - the client will still be liable for all the charges.
Call Discreet
From R7.50 per month
If you make calls to numbers that would like to keep confidential, you can assign a description (such as 'Office') to a number. This number will then not appear anywhere on your call records. Instead, the label 'Office' will appear on your Itemised billing.
If you have a cell phone, as well as a car phone, you can obtain a second SIM card that will be linked to the existing cell phone number. This means that you do not have to swap the SIM card between the cellphone and the car phone.
