Want a detailed breakdown of your cellular account? Itemised billing shows all calls made, date, time, duration, number called and the cost of the call on your monthly statement. You have the ability to monitor your expenditure and see exactly what your bill comprises.
Choose between Compulsory Itemised Billing and Itemised Billing:
Compulsory Itemised Billing: Valid for the full term of your contract. Cancellation is only possible at the end of your contract period.
Itemised Billing: Cancellation is possible at any point of your contract.
Access your account information real time via the Internet. Manage, sort and personalise your monthly statement or invoice with our advanced tools and Phone book option. Sign in and activate this service within Your Profile.
Replace your paper bills for bills sent directly to you inbox. SARS compliant and a 100% true rendition of normally printed documents, E-mail billing enables you to receive invoices and statements electronically. Convenient and easy to set up, all you have to do is choose your option: via email only (free service), or e-mail plus postal billing (R10 per line).
Mobile Balance

Mobile balance is a service that sends you an SMS updating you on your current account balance, last invoice total, international airtime balance and remaining free minutes.
To start, you will get a weekly SMS at 9.00am every Monday morning. You can change the frequency that your SMS's are sent at by calling us on 0861 412 412.
Caller Line Identity

Need to screen your calls? With CLI you can see the details of the incoming calls on your phone screen. Either the caller's number will show or if the caller's name and number are stored in your phone book, the caller's name will display.
